Shymkent conducts routine testing for COVID. It was planned to test about 23 thousand potential carriers of coronavirus at risk in April and May. In general, there are two types of testing for coronavirus infection - PCR and rapid tests. In case of express version, COVID-19 is not diagnosed - it only evaluates the response of the immune system, that is, it detects whether there are antibodies to the virus. PCR test is used for accurate determination of infection. It captures the presence of the virus itself in the body. The employees of the most organizations should pass this test. “This is a form with a negative or positive result, contact with the patient is minimized,” the head of the center continues. - You need to sign up for an analysis in advance, for this you need to fill out the questionnaire on a special website (www.jedeltest.kz. - Note). After registration, we take customer data from this database. We call each patient and assign the time of delivery. Analyses are taken in a specially equipped ambulance. Now the test costs 18 thousand tenge.
It is necessary to take sampling from the nasopharynx and oropharynx; this is the method of PCR-polymerase chain reaction. Why so? Because initially the infection settles in the nasopharynx and oropharynx. The virus settles there, and later descends into the lungs”.

“At the very beginning of the fight against coronavirus, there were a lot of low-quality devices, many companies could not find them, there were cases when cheap devices were purchased, which showed the wrong parameters,” recalls the head of the company. - We immediately paid attention to this and acquired high-quality, expensive thermal imagers that do not give an error. It’s a big risk to take poor quality thermal imagers even if they “make a mistake” with at least one parameter”.
Due to the fact that the Medicare clinic began testing for CVI, the diagnostic and AIDS centers, as well as many other medical organizations that work to prevent a dangerous virus were unloaded.
