November 4, 2022. LLP “International Center for Professional Development "AIMED" and LLP “Center of Competence in Endocrinology Senim Clinic” held a scientific and practical conference "Actual problems of endocrinology in the practice of a doctor" dedicated to the birthday of Mediker Company.
The conference was held in a hybrid format, more than 20 endocrinologists and general practitioners participated in offline format, and more than 90 specialists from Mediker Group online.
The speakers of the conference were leading specialists from National Scientific Medical Center (Astana), Corporate Fund UMC (Astana), Center for Endocrine Diseases (Astana), School of Medicine “Caspian University” (Almaty), NJSC "Astana Medical University" in the field of endocrinology (adult, children), but also neurology, interventional surgery, cardiology, clinical pharmacology.
The reports were devoted to modern principles of diagnosis and treatment of prediabetes, diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, acromegaly. Reports on the treatment of benign thyroid neoplasms by radiofrequency ablation, modern principles of diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus, diabetic neuropathy, pump insulin therapy in children, a look at the problem of liver diseases from the standpoint of a clinical pharmacologist aroused great interest. During the presentations, questions were asked, to which the lecturers gave answers. The conference was held at a high level, letters of gratitude were received from the participants.
